Hey there, gorgeous! We know you're excited to receive your new lingerie, so we're here to give you the lowdown on our order and shipping policy!

Online Orders

While we try to accommodate requests to change orders, changes aren't guaranteed after 1 hour of placing an order. Additionally, coupon codes or loyalty points can't be applied retroactively.

For all virtual appointment orders, we guarantee that, once your invoice has been satisfied, they'll be processed and shipped out by 6pm (EST) of the next business day, if not same day. Online orders received before 5pm (EST) on business days are typically processed within 2 hours. Orders placed after that time may be processed next business day. That means you'll be one step closer to feeling like a total queen in your new lingerie ASAP!

Please note, orders shipping from alternate warehouses may take longer to process. 

We strive for accurate online inventory, yet data errors can occur. Our online stock mirrors most of our in-store selection, so popular items may sell out in-store before the site updates. If your ordered item is unavailable, we'll notify you within 2 business days and issue a refund. Want a substitute item? Ensure you place a new order, referencing the original order number and original item (including size & color) in the Order Notes. Reach out if you have any questions!

Shipping

Shipping direct from boutique: For domestic orders under $150, we charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping. If you spend over $150, congratulations - your order will ship for FREE!  It's just one way we like to show our appreciation for our fabulous Perky Lady community. Delivery for international orders depends on market rates for the shipping carrier and timeframe you choose at checkout. At this time, you are responsible for any customs, duties, or tariffs.  

Now, delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier operations. But don't worry, once your order is shipped, we'll email you a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your package. 

If your tracking number says your package has been delivered but you can't seem to locate it, we suggest contacting the carrier directly for more information or to start their claims process. The Perky Lady will make every effort to ensure you receive your order on time, but unfortunately once the package has been given to the carrier, shipping times are beyond our control. The Perky Lady is not held liable for any circumstances delaying shipping beyond our control. Including but not limited to damaged packages, lost or stolen orders, weather delays, carrier errors and/or incorrect sorting.

Shipping from alternate warehouses:  These orders do not qualify for boutique shipping terms and will display the appropriate shipping charge. If you have some items shipping from the boutique and some items shipping from our alternate warehouses, the boutique items over $150 will not accrue any extra shipping charges for domestic orders.

Please note holidays may delay processing and shipping times.
