Do I need an appointment to shop in-store?

You are welcome to explore our sumptuous lingerie, loungewear, sleepwear, and accessories at your own pace.

If you're eyeing our bra collections, booking an appointment ensures personalized service from your stylist.

Walk-in bra shopping is welcome too, though appointments take priority. Just a heads up, our last bra fitting of the day is 30 minutes before closing.

How do I wash my bras & lingerie?

Our experts always recommend hand washing in cool water with a lingerie specific detergent and air-dry flat.

How are your bras & lingerie sized?

Curating a globally sourced collection means we feature sizes from the USA, UK, Polish, EU, independent designers, and more. Simplifying your shopping experience, we list all bra sizes in UK band and cup, complemented by our experts' simple fit notes.

Our collections, including lingerie, loungewear, sleepwear, and underwear, are available in letter sizing (S, M, L).

Online Shopping: Check our bra size calculator (Bra Confidence Quiz), size charts & fit notes in each product listing for a seamless shopping experience. Reach out to us for personalized assistance with basic sizing or fit questions.

In-person Shopping: No need to do ANYTHING. We take care of your fitting for you while we help you shop.

What sizes do you carry?

We currently offer a variety of bras in band ranges from 28-52 and bra cups from a UK A-L. A rotating stock of lingerie, underwear, sleepwear, etc. from S-3X, with some selections available in XS and 4X or larger.

What brands do you carry?

We source brands from across the globe that meet our strict standards. With an ever-rotating selection of brands, styles, colors and products from 30+ brands at any time.

Some examples include Ewa Michalak, Samanta, Empreinte, Louisa Bracq, Carol Coelho, Aubade, Thistle & Spire, Kilo Brava, Elomi, Christine Lingerie & so many more!

Will my personal shoppers (bra fitter) understand my needs even if they don't share my appearance?

Absolutely! We believe in looking beyond appearances, just as you should. Our skilled Bra Fitters come from diverse backgrounds and have undergone extensive training to ensure they understand your needs.

With our collective experiences, we're able to address a variety of needs. We work together as a team, drawing on the expertise of our staff. So, no matter your age, size, or concerns, rest assured, we've got you covered!

I've worn my new bra, but I don't think it fits. What do I do?

Getting used to a new properly fitting bra can be an adjustment. If anything feels off or you have a question, let us know! While some have said we are miracle workers, no one knows how it feels on your body except for you.

Maybe you forgot to swoop and scoop, adjusted the straps too tight, are confused about indents and red lines, or maybe you simply need a bra band extender to help you adjust during the 'break-in' period for the right fit. Whatever the reason, we are here to assist.

If you are near our boutique location pop in for a complimentary fit check. If not, simply reach out and we will help you troubleshoot.

Online Orders & Shipping

Can I pick up my online order in-store?

Absolutely! During checkout simply select "Pick up in-store" and we will send you a notification when it is ready. We aim to have orders ready within 2 hours during regular working days.

How do I use a gift card?

During checkout enter in your unique Perky Lady gift card code in the area that says "Discount Code or gift card". It is typically located below your items, but above your totals.

Using a PL gift card in-store? Simply provide the physical gift card or the emailed digital copy during checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, you have one hour to cancel it or change the delivery address. Both actions can be completed through your Perky Lady portal.

Unfortunately, once orders are placed the content of the order cannot be changed through your portal. Once you receive your order, please initiate an exchange of eligible items.

Our teams are unable to cancel or edit your order after 1 hour.

Was my order or appointment booking successful?

You will automatically get an email sent to the address linked to your Perky Lady account or provided during checkout.

If you do not see the email, make sure to check your Spam folder. Then mark us as a safe sender.

Can I track my order?

Detailed shipping information including your tracking number is sent to the email provided in your PL account or during checkout.

My order says it was delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?

We suggest contacting the delivery provider directly for those inquiries. Make sure to have your tracking number ready.

How do I join?

Rest assured, earning rewards for self-care and loyalty as a Perky Lady is effortless. Upon completing your Perky Lady account, include your email & phone number, you are automatically enrolled.

It is all digital and kept track for you. No more missing punch cards!

How do I earn points?

For each pre-tax dollar you spend you earn 1 point.

How do referrals work?

Share your unique link from your Perky Points account with anyone you want! You get rewarded for spreading the Perky love and they get a little something to start their journey with us.

How do I use my points?

During in-store checkout we will ask if you would like to redeem points and take care of it during checkout.

When shopping online choose the reward you would like to redeem.

What should I do if I think I am missing points?

Oh no! Don't worry, just reach out to us and we'll take care of it. We'll look into it and make sure you get credited for any missing points.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return in-store purchases by mail?

In-store purchases must be returned to the boutique in person and adhere to our exchange policy.

Can I return online purchases in person?

When purchasing online, you have the option to send eligible items back through our returns portal or physically bring them back to the boutique.

The item/size I want to exchange for is out of stock. What now?

You can choose another in stock item or choose to receive store credit.

If an item is out of stock and will be restocked soon, enter your email to receive notifications.

Some items will even allow you to pre-order so you don't miss it again!
