When purchasing online, you have the option to send eligible items back through our returns portal or physically bring them back to the boutique.

You can choose another in stock item or choose to receive store credit.

Absolutely! During checkout simply select "Pick up in-store" and we will send you a notification when it is ready. We aim to have orders ready within 2 hours during regular working days. Please note, non-business days and holidays may affect timelines.

During checkout enter in your unique Perky Lady gift card code in the area that says "Discount Code or gift card". It is typically located below your items, but above your totals.

Using a PL gift card in-store? Simply provide the physical gift card or the emailed digital copy during checkout.

In-person Shopping: No need to do ANYTHING. We take care of your fitting for you while we help you shop.

We currently offer a variety of bras in band ranges from 28-46 and bra cups from a UK B-K with limited styles available seasonally in L & LL cups.

Maybe you forgot to swoop and scoop, adjusted the straps too tight, are confused about indents and red lines, or maybe you simply need a bra band extender to help you adjust during the 'break-in' period for the right fit. Whatever the reason, we are here to assist.
