Refund policy

Hey hey, gorgeous! We're here to break down our exchange policy for you - in-store and online. But first, let's set the record straight on what items aren't eligible for exchange.

A number of our items are currently listed as final sale, including (but not limited to) anything with a gusset, special occasion bras/corsetry, seasonal items, swimwear, wellness or personal care items, laundry wash, hosiery, items that affix to the body, gifts with purchase, sale/clearance items or any items that are marked as final sale. To be eligible to return these items, you will have to purchase the final sale returns coverage at checkout. Customer that do not purchase this coverage will not be eligible to process a return.

But don't worry, we still have tons of amazing lingerie and bra options that are exchangeable! So, if you purchase an eligible item in-store and it's not quite working for you, just bring it back to our boutique within 7 days of purchase for an exchange. For online purchases, initiate a return or exchange through the customer portal. Online orders have 14 days to send it back. If you purchased the returns and package protection at checkout, your return labels are free! If you choose to pass on the returns and package protection, then you need to purchase a return shipping label through the portal.

Items purchased in-store and are eligible for exchange must be returned in person. Items purchased online and are eligible for exchange can be handled through our customer portal and shipped back to us or you can return in person.

And remember, all exchanged items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, sellable condition and in their original packaging with all original tags attached. Items shall be free of the following including but not limited to deodorant, animal fur/hair, perfume, smoke, food, oil, etc. Oh, and sorry, no returns for refunds, just straight-up exchanges or store credit. But trust us, with our killer selection, you're sure to find something that'll make you feel like the bombshell you are!
