Shipping & Exchange Policy
All online and virtual orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase. All orders under $100 will ship at a flat rate of $10. All orders over $100 will ship for free.
Delivery depends on your location and carrier operations. Your tracking number is emailed to the email provided to us on your account. You will then use that tracking number with the corresponding shipping company to see what your anticipated arrival date will be. We are not responsible for shipping delays and are unable to track your package for you. If you received a tracking number and your status says delivered, but you do not have your package, please contact the carrier for more information or follow their claims process.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you had a blast shopping and love your newly acquired pieces! Should there be an issue or you change your mind, we are here for you. Although we truly hope it doesn’t come to that!
All eligible items that are in brand new condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original packaging, and all tags attached may be exchanged or receive a store credit.
Due to the intimate nature of our products and to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all of our clients, we reserve the right to refuse any item that have been worn, washed, stained, snagged, or have an odor will not be accepted unless defective by manufacturer’s standards.
This applies to all purchases no matter if they were purchased in-store, online or by virtual shopping appointment. NO REFUNDS. Exchanges or store credit will be issued. Store credit never expires and can be applied to any in stock item. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If you purchased in-store you must handle your exchange in-store in person. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit.
Online & Virtual Purchases:
We must receive your return parcel within 14 days. If you purchased online or virtually you may handle your exchange in-store or by shipping the item back to us. When shipping please include your full name, order number, and whether you would like an exchange (if feasible for in-stock items) or a store credit inside the parcel. If 14 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit.
Everyday & Fashion Bras:
When you get home you may change your mind as to which bras are best for your wardrobe. Our special purchase tag will allow you to exchange or upgrade your new unworn bra with all the original tags attached for STORE CREDIT. NO REFUNDS. Store credit never expires and can be applied to any in stock item.
Because we understand you may need to test a foundation garment at your dress fitting, we will gladly exchange bridal Basques that do not fit with your bridal dress for store credit as long as it is in perfect, sellable condition within 7 days of purchase.
If you are purchasing for a gift, please let us know at the time of checkout so that we may attach a special gift tag. This special gift tag will allow your recipient to happily exchange their new unworn gifted item for a different size or product. All original tags must be attached. NO REFUNDS. Store credit never expires and can be applied to any in stock item.
Online Gift Purchases:
1.If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be issued to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Any item with a crotch, wardrobe solutions, hosiery, accessories, and strapless bras: All sales are final for all special occasion items and items with a crotch for everyone’s safety. This includes items with an attached panty.

Special Events, Promotions, Sale Items, & Party Purchases:
These items are final sale. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be accepted or given.
Return Shipping (Online & Virtual Only)
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 106 W Chatham St, Apex, NC, 27502, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
