Shipping & Exchange Policy

Hey there, gorgeous! We know you're excited to receive your new lingerie, so we're here to give you the lowdown on our shipping policy!

For all online and virtual orders, we guarantee that they'll be processed and shipped out by 6pm (EST) of the next business day. That means you'll be one step closer to feeling like a total queen in your new lingerie ASAP!

For orders under $100, we charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping. But if you spend over $100, congratulations - your order will ship for FREE! It's just one way we like to show our appreciation for our fabulous Perky Lady community.

Now, delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier operations. But don't worry, once your order is shipped, we'll email you a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your package. 

If your tracking number says your package has been delivered but you can't seem to locate it, we suggest contacting the carrier directly for more information or to start their claims process.

Hey hey, gorgeous! We're here to break down our exchange policy for you - in-store and online. But first, let's set the record straight on what items aren't eligible for exchange.

Unfortunately, we can't accept any exchanges on items including (but not limited to) anything with a gusset, special occasion bras/corsetry, swimwear, wellness or personal care items, laundry wash, hosiery, items that affix to the body, or any items that are marked as final sale.

But don't worry, we still have tons of amazing lingerie and bra options that are exchangeable! So if you purchase an eligible item and it's not quite working for you, just bring it back to our boutique within 7 days of purchase for an exchange. For online purchases, just reach out to our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. Those online orders have 14 days to send it back.

And remember, all exchanged items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, sellable condition and in their original packaging with all original tags attached. Oh, and sorry, no returns for refunds, just straight-up exchanges or store credit. But trust us, with our killer selection, you're sure to find something that'll make you feel like the bombshell you are!
